Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, our return and cancellation guidelines are designed to make the process as smooth as possible while maintaining fair standards across our diverse product categories.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.
Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been dispatched. Please email us at vinz97512@gmail.com with your Order ID within 12 hours of placing the order.
After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our courier partners, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to receive the package and initiate a standard return (subject to the category rules below).
Custom/Pre-ordered Items: Any items tailored, customized, or specifically pre-ordered cannot be cancelled once production or sourcing has begun.
2. General Return Process
To ensure a valid and fast return, follow these standard steps for all eligible items:
Initiate the Return: Contact our support team at 6370808322 within the eligible return window (specified by category below). Include your Order ID and the reason for return.
Provide Proof: For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, you must attach clear photographs or an unboxing video of the product and its packaging.
Approval & Shipping: Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address. Depending on your store's setup, specify whether you provide a prepaid label or if the customer bears the return shipping cost.
Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the returned item, our Quality Check (QC) team will inspect it within 48 hours. If it passes inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed.
3. Category-Specific Return Guidelines
Because we sell a wide variety of goods, return conditions vary by product type to ensure hygiene, safety, and authenticity.
Stanley Tumblers
Return Window: 7 days from delivery.
Condition: Must be completely unused, unwashed, and free of any odors or liquid residue.
Packaging: All original tags, cardboard wraps, and straws must be intact and in their original placement.
Note: Due to strict health and hygiene standards, any tumbler showing signs of use or washing will be rejected and shipped back at the customer's expense.
Home Decoration
Return Window: 7 days from delivery.
Condition: Must be unused and free of any scratches, dents, or mounting marks.
Transit Damage: Home decor items (especially fragile items like glass, mirrors, or ceramics) require an unboxing video from start to finish to claim transit damage. Without an unboxing video, claims for breakage upon arrival may be denied.
Jewellery (Imitation / Fashion)
Return Window: strictly 48 hours from delivery.
Condition: Eligible for return only in cases of transit damage or receiving the wrong item.
Note: Due to the nature of imitation metals reacting to skin oils, perfumes, and humidity, we do not accept returns for "change of mind" on fashion jewellery.
Jewellery (Silver)
Return Window: 7 days from delivery.
Condition: Must be unworn, unpolished, and completely free of scratches.
Mandatory Inclusions: The return must include the original brand box, tamper-proof packaging, and the Certificate of Authenticity. If the authenticity certificate is missing, the return will be rejected to prevent fraud.
Sarees
Return Window: 7 days from delivery.
Condition: Must be absolutely unworn and unwashed. The saree must retain its original factory folds.
Alterations: If the blouse piece has been cut, or if fall and picot work has been done (either by us at your request or by you), the saree is strictly non-returnable.
Note: Sarees returned with perfume scents, body odor, makeup smudges, or safety pin holes will fail the quality check.
Appliances & Car Utility
(Includes 5-in-1 Kitchen Cookers, Console Covers, etc.)
Return Window: 7 days from delivery.
Condition for Appliances (Cooker): Must be unused. If claiming a manufacturing defect, a video demonstrating the functional issue is required. The return must include the original box, Styrofoam inserts, power cords, all 5 attachments, and instruction manuals.
Condition for Car Utility (Console Covers): Must be free of dirt, pet hair, and automotive grease. If the elastic or fabric shows stretch marks from forced fitting onto an incompatible vehicle, the return will be rejected. Please measure your console prior to purchase.
4. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
Store Credit Alternative: If you prefer, we can issue an instant Shopify Store Credit/Gift Card for the refund value once the QC is passed.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Restocking Fee: Returns on high-value items (like Silver Jewellery or Appliances) returned simply for "change of mind" may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:
First, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted.
