Shipping policy
Order processing
Orders are processed and handed over for dispatch within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive an order confirmation right away, and a tracking link once your order is shipped.
Courier assignment
The courier partner for your order is selected automatically based on serviceability, speed, and reliability for your delivery pincode. Because of this, we're unable to guarantee delivery by a specific courier — but we always aim to assign the best-performing partner for your location.
Delivery timelines
Estimated delivery times depend on your destination pincode, the assigned courier, and the service type:
Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Rest of India: 5–8 business days
Remote / Rural Pincodes: may take longer
These timelines are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed, as final delivery is handled by third-party courier partners. Delays due to weather, regional disruptions, festivals, or courier operations are beyond our control.
Serviceability
We deliver to most pincodes across India. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm serviceability for your area. If your pincode isn't currently serviceable, you'll see a notification at checkout.
Shipping charges
Any applicable charges are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on eligible orders up to ₹999, subject to courier serviceability at your pincode. To reduce failed deliveries and fraud, we may confirm COD orders via WhatsApp/SMS before dispatch, please confirm promptly so your order isn't delayed or cancelled.
Order tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link (AWB number) via email/SMS/WhatsApp, and can track your order in real time. You can also track it under Orders in your account.
Failed delivery attempts (NDR)
Courier partners typically attempt delivery 2–3 times. If they're unable to reach you or confirm details, your order may be returned to us. Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate, and respond to any delivery confirmation messages to avoid a failed delivery.
Undelivered orders (RTO)
If an order can't be delivered after all attempts due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusa, it is marked Return to Origin (RTO) and shipped back to us. For prepaid orders, we'll process a refund (minus applicable shipping charges) once the item is received back. Repeated COD refusals may affect COD eligibility on future orders.
Damaged or missing shipments
If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery where possible, or record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours. We'll investigate with the courier partner and arrange a replacement or refund
